Ortum Mission Hospital School of Nursing functions under a board of Governors, chaired by Rt. Rev. Henry Juma Odonya, Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Kitale. The School/Hospital management team is responsible for the day to day running of the school and the hospital. It is answerable to the Board of Governors and comprises of the following members:

• Dr. Alex Injemela – Medical Officer, Ortum Mission Hospital
• Sr. Mary Chebet – Accountant
• Ms. Betty Chepkemoi – Hospital Matron
